THOMAS DRACHKOVITCH
Founder, Managing Director
DBE was founded by Thomas Drachkovitch in 2023. Originally from Los Angeles, Thomas was one of the first commissioning executives in Amazon Studios’ International Originals division. He was chosen to help drive Amazon Studios’ international expansion efforts on the ground.
He developed and commissioned original series and films in English, Hindi, and Tamil across the US, UK, and India.
JASON HAFFORD
Co-Founder, Head of DBE Management
Jason Hafford is a Co-Founder and Head of DBE Management. He worked at leading entertainment and sports agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA) for almost 12 years. Most recently Jason served as an agent in CAA's London office specializing in Global TV and Film.
He represented clients from around the world, with a focus on India, the Middle East, Africa, and the UK.
